The main thing: please note, all of my products are handmade and put together personally by me with all my love. Some of my products may have some minor flaws in them, this is what makes them unique.

PLACING ORDERS:
When placing an order, please use your actual first and last name. Please provide an ACCURATE shipping address so we can make sure your package gets to you!! If you accidentally put the incorrect address, and I’ve already shipped the item, please message me and we can try to work something out!! Also, please put an email address you check often as this is where I’ll be contacting you with questions, information, or shipping updates!
SHIPPING:
Once you place an order, I will have it shipped within 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. A tracking number *should* be provided, this will not always be the case. It will be arriving from USPS First Class, which can take 3-7 business days to arrive, sometimes up to 10 business days now due to the Holiday delays.
If you order a pre-order, please allow up to 2 weeks processing time. 2 weeks is the max amount of time for processing (in most cases)
RETURNS:
Post office days are usually 2 times a week, maybe once a week depending on how many orders I have. Orders will never be shipped on Sundays. Post office days will be on a regular business days, business days are Monday-Friday. If you need it shipped sooner than my post office day, please message me! Due to currently circumstances, I will not be accepting returns at this time. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, please message me within 24 hours of delivery, and I will fix/replace damaged items. It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping costs

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:
I do provide international shipping. Due to current circumstances, international shipping can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Due to holiday delays, there may be a delay in shipping. I usually provide tracking numbers so you’ll know where your items are ♡

I would not recommend showering or swimming with your items on Your items shouldn’t be exposed to water or other chemicals. Please avoid storing your resin products in hot areas (ex. leaving them outside or in your car during hot weather) I do not replace items due to after care damage.

Some of my jewelry can contain zinc, nickel, copper, or other metals Metals used will usually be in the description of my product. If you have any questions or concerns about what kind of metal is used in a specific item, please contact me.
